Fairhill Industries' EXORUST is a fast-acting and eco-friendly rust remover. It delivers fast, easy results and does not harm other non-rusted materials such as steel, copper, aluminum, rubber, vinyl, or paint. It is non-flammable, non-toxic and non-corrosive.
This biodegradable product is so easy to use - just immerse rusted object for at least 30 minutes, then rinse with water. It requires no specialized equipment and can be poured down the drain when you're finished. Any unused portion can be returned to container to be used at a later time - even years later.
PRODUCT USAGE
ExoRust is ideal for safely removing rust from machine parts, engine components, tools, firearms, gardening equipment, lawn furniture and much more.
ExoRust removes rust through the chelation chemical process, whereby synthetic molecules bond with rust and hold it in solution until it is rinsed off. Because ExoRust bonds only to rust, any non-rusted materials you immerse in the solution are unaffected and unharmed.
HELPS PREVENT FUTURE RUST DEVELOPMENT
To protect against re-rusting for up to 2 weeks, immerse object in ExoRust, extract, and allow to air dry.
APPLICATION METHOD
- Pour ExoRust into a container large enough to immerse object to be cleaned.
- Immerse object to be cleaned.
- Leave object immersed for at least 30 minutes for light rusting, or overnight for extreme rusting.
- Extract object from container and rinse with water.
- If any rust remains, repeat above procedure until rust is eliminated. This will not affect non-rusted metal.
- To protect against re-rusting for up to 2 weeks, immerse object in ExoRust, extract, and allow to air dry.
- ExoRust does not remove rust stains from any non-metallic material.
Clean immersion container with water.
